Refunds / Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

The activation code fails to work on your device and you provide proof (screenshot or error message).
You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the code.
The license has not been used or transferred.

If the license is confirmed defective, we will either:

Provide a replacement code, or
Refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or replacements are not available for:

Change of mind
Device incompatibility
Incorrect selection by the customer
Codes already activated or used
